Next Level Rugby was started by rugby players, for rugby players. We saw early on that there was a serious lack of coverage here in the United States, and we wanted to fix that. 10 years ago Rugby in America was in a much different place. Major League Rugby was a couple years away from forming, and aside from the CRC's, you couldn't find any coverage of Collegiate Rugby, or any meaningful club rugby content. The founder of NLR, Ryan Ginty was coaching the University of Hartford Women's and Men's teamwhen he stumbled across a report on Goffrugbyreport.com about the 2014 ACRC Bowl Series. A phone call was made to Steve Siano who was running the event and allowed us to broadcast the 2 day event from the Rugby Athletic Center in Charlotte North Carolina. We didn't know what we were doing, but we piled in a van, and head south to produce our first livestream. It worked, and since then we have been evolving with the game, and increasing our experience, and capabilities. Now we may produce International Test matches, but we do not forget where we came from. We all started this journey a long time ago, and the mission has remained the same, change the way America views rugby.
